Growing us means not leaving anything to chance.
The farmers who grow us only use phytosanitary products if strictly necessary and choose the ones that guarantee the lowest environmental impact, on the people who live there and those who eat us. Whenever possible, phytosanitary products are replaced with other techniques that naturally reduce the presence of parasites, and the use of water and fertilisers is also performed with the aim of limiting waste. We are grown here through the application of “Integrated Farming”, guidelines that are part of our history as they start before we are born and continue until after we have been stored and are ready to be eaten. Therefore we are constantly grown more sustainably. Love for the environment and its protection develops our best quality characteristics such as shape, size, the colour of our clothes but above all our flavour. And anyone who eats us knows that we're a safe choice.
